NCAA Men's Lacrosse Championships Back at Gillette Stadium

Top college men's lacrosse teams to be at Gillette Stadium this weekend.

 

 

The best men's college lacrosse teams will be at Gillette Stadium for the NCAA Championships, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The four-day event in Foxborough is a lacrosse celebration in addition to the Division 1, Division 2 and Division 3 championships. Harvard University is the host school for the event.

Friday will be the USILA All-Stars Game from 3-7 p.m, an autograph session from 6-7 p.m. and a youth clinic from 6:30-9 p.m.

Saturday will feature the Division 1 semifinals. No. 4 Notre Dame faces No. 1 Loyola-Maryland at 2:30 p.m., followed by the University of Maryland against No. 3 Duke at 5 p.m.

Sunday, the Division 2 and 3 titles will be decided. In the D-2 game at 1 p.m., Limestone will face Dowling, followed by the D-3 game betweem SUNY-Cortland versus Salisbury. The US Lacrosse Jamboree will also be held Sunday. From 10 a.m.-noon, there will be the All-American recognition and the FanFest will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be an U9 youth jamboree at 8 and 9 a.m.

Monday, the US Lacrosse Jamboree will continued with the FanFest from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The D-1 championship game will be at 1 p.m. There will be a U11 jamboree at 8 and 9 a.m.

Walpole: Davd Butts, Maryland-Loyola, senior midfielder, Peter Bowes, Maryland-Loyola sophomore defender.

Westford: David Lawson, Duke University, junior midfielder
