Foxborough's Bayuk Earns Win for Boston College

The Foxborough senior picked up his victory of the season Saturday.

 

Foxborough's Nate Bayuk picked up his first win of the season as the Boston College baseball team split a doubleheader with No. 14-ranked Georgia Tech squad at Eddie Pellagrini Diamond at Shea Field, Saturday. The Eagles fell to 9-13 overall and 2-7 Atlantic Coast Conference.

BC fell to Georgia Tech, 2-1, in the second game after winning the first game, 4-3.

Bayuk (1-1) tallied his first win of the season in the opener, pitching 1.1 innings in the first game. He did not allow a hit, run or walk and struck out two, keeping the Jackets at bay.
