Foxborough Boys Lacrosse Team Continues to Dominate ‎

Foxborough defeated the Sharon Eagles yesterday, 14-10.

The Foxborough High School boys lacrosse team defeated the Sharon Eagles yesterday, 14-10.

Foxborough (11-1) got three goals each from Billy Roberts, Cam Felix and Alex Pacitti. Jake Hyland added two goals and an assist.

"They're a very good team. You can see why they're the top team in the Hockomock League," said Sharon Coach Patrick Kelley. "They're well coached. They've got a lot of seniors that know where to be on the field, that are in the right spot. They just play well together."

"It's good for us to see. Because we're hoping to make the tournament, and that's what we're going to see from many of the teams that we're going to get matched up with," noted Kelley.

Foxborough head coach Matt Noone credited the Warriors' win with how "we preach possession"

"Possession is everything. If we have the ball, they can't," he said. "If we possess the ball, they've got to work harder to get it. We dominated possession today, and I think that's why we won in the end."

Foxborough is off until Monday where it will host Ursuline at 3:30 p.m.
