Tai Chi classes are held on Mondays from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Instructor, Jeanne Donnelly, has been teaching exercise for many years. In addition to her Tai Chi instruction, Jeanne is a personal trainer and teaches classes in Qi Gong and Yoga. Classes are $5 per session.
