Errors Plague Foxboro Baseball in 7-0 Loss to Stoughton Wednesday

Scenes from Wednesday's Foxboro-Stoughton High School baseball game.

Stoughton capitalized on three Foxborough errors in the second inning to plate five runs enroute to a 7-0 victory over the Warriors Wednesday afternoon at Foxborough High School.

Stoughton’s Jake Gibb and Pat Raeke opened the second inning with back-to-back hits off FHS starter Josh Patkin.

A Foxborough error put Kaleb Ballou on to load the bases with no outs and a second error on a ball hit by Jovani Pires plated two to get The Black Knights on the board. A ground out by Pat Jackman scored Ballou from third. Foxborough’s third error in the frame made it 4-0 followed by an RBI double by Mike Connelly to push the lead to 5-0.
