Position Summary: 

This position will be responsible for producing and managing content for the New England Patriots website/digital properties.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 

• Assist in the publication of web and mobile application content (articles, video, audio, photos, pages, etc.) for Patriots.com and other digital properties
• Ensure all produced content is accurate and continually updated

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Taking photos during press conferences and/or in the locker room
• Recording conference calls or players in the locker room with a recorder
• Clipping and processing audio files to post on Patriots.com
• Helping in radio studio for producing live shows from time to time
• Posting video files to Patriots.com
• Posting articles/blogs to Patriots.com (adding photos, videos, related content, etc.)
• Cleaning up assorted static pages/HTML on Patriots.com
• Creating assorted graphics for Patriots.com
• Cutting out Players from images for use in graphics
• Monitoring article commenting and a live pre-game chat on game day

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must possess a self-motivated, positive and collaborative attitude
• Proven ability to write HTML and CSS for effective web page layout
• Proven ability to edit and manipulate images and graphics for the web (e.g. Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of computer and web/digital technologies, software, and applications
• Strong knowledge of standard applications (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong understanding of file management (e.g. ZIP, FTP, etc.)
• Experience with content management tools (e.g. CMS)
• Experience with video and audio recording, editing
• Must have built and managed at least one complete website (professionally, or personally)
• Knowledge of associated languages (e.g. JavaScript) beneficial
