PHOTOS: Third Annual FRCS Science Fair 'Huge Success'

Over 100 students participated in this year's Foxborough Regional Charter School Science Fair.

From solar and wind energy research to human and animal behavior and everything in between, Foxborough Regional Charter School’s third annual Science Fair was “a huge success.”

“It is one of our largest academic competitions with over 100 students participating this year,” FRCS said on its website.

The 100 students participating in this year’s science fair was roughly 60 more than the number of students participating last year.

FRCS highlighted on its website the “outstanding entry” by Grade 7 students Sumit De and Naman Madan, who did an experiment on how to improve elementary and middle school students’ math performance. Download their research here.

Entries submitted by the following students will advance to the Region III Science Fair to be held at Bridgewater Community College on March 9th.

There are also 18 high school students advancing, FRCS says it will keep the community informed on their progress through its blog on the school’s website.
