Foxborough High School seniors Alex Pacitti and Taylor Laubenstein were crowned Homecoming King and Queen by their peers this past Saturday during halftime of the Warriors’ 26-7 victory over Oliver Ames at Ahern Field.
Pacitti, Foxborough High School’s 2012 Homecoming King, is a captain of the varsity football, basketball and lacrosse teams and has played for those programs all four years of high school. On Saturday, shortly after donning his Homecoming crown, Pacitti recovered an Oliver Ames fumble and returned it 49 yards for a Foxborough High School touchdown.
Laubenstein is the Senior Class secretary and a member of FHS Student Council, Best Buddies, S.A.A.D. and the National Honor Society. Laubenstein said she hopes to pursue a degree in special education.
And what would a Homecoming King and Queen be without their Homecoming Court? Members of the Court included: Virag Vora and Grace Alden, Kevin Duncan and Allie Bromberg, John Mitchell and Eva Mazzoni and Eddie Dring and Ashley Synder.
Foxborough High School’s Homecoming dance was held Saturday, Oct. 20 from 7 to 10 p.m. in the school’s cafeteria.
