Foxborough Students Meet With Gov. Deval Patrick, Complete Nurses Program

Career opportunities continue to flourish at FHS with Construction Career Day and certified CNA nurses.

are flourishing for students at Foxborough High School.

On May 3, a lunch was held in the guidance office for students who became certified CNA nurses this year. Certified CNA nurses from Foxborough included junior Christina Shaer, senior Kayleen Whall, and senior Rebecca Crichton.

Whall will study nursing at Endicott College next year and Crichton will further her nursing studies at Fitchburg State University.

Executive Director of the Attleboro Area School to Career Partnership, Christine LaChance and Foxborough Career Specialist, Ellen Pillsbury, both attended the certified CNA lunch.

On May 4, students interested in careers in construction were given the opportunity to attend Construction Career Day. This event was held at New England Laborers Training Academy in Hopkinton, MA. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick attended the event.
