Foxborough Regional Charter School to Hold 'Boston Strong Spirit Day' Friday to Support Marathon Victims

FRCS students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white and/or blue or one of their favorite Boston sports teams' apparel to school Friday to support the victims from last week's attacks on the Boston Marathon.

Another Foxborough school has declared Friday, April 26th as "Boston Strong Day" and will be raising money for The One Fund Boston to aid those most affected by last week's bombings at the Boston Marathon.

Foxborough Regional Charter School announced this week it will be holding a special "Boston Strong" spirit day on Friday to help benefit The One Fund Boston.

"In a show of support for those affected by the events at the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15, we will have a Boston Strong Spirit Day this Friday, April 26," FRCS said in a statement on its website. "Students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white, and/or blue or one of their favorite Boston sports teams’ clothing."

FRCS said all proceeds from its Boston Strong Spirit Day will be donated to One Fund Boston, which is directly supporting the victims of the Marathon bombings.
