Foxborough Regional Charter School Students Raising Funds for Soldiers

Donations are being collected until Feb. 16th to help support our soldiers who have given so much and need our help.

Foxborough Regional Charter School Community Service Learning students are fundraising this month for a very worthy cause, according to the school's website.

The Support Our Soldiers CSL is working to help aid the following non-profit organizations that train and educate dogs to assist wounded warriors.

Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities or East Coast Assistance Dogs, Inc., trains and educates service dogs retrieve items, open doors, activate light switches, pull wheelchairs, balance, brace, and perform many other highly specialized tasks through the ECADemy© training program.

Each dog’s skills are catered to the needs of a disabled client, who may have a variety of limitations in strength, balance, coordination or mobility. ECAD has training facilities in Connecticut and New York, and places Assistance Dogs nationwide. For more information about ECAD please visit their website here.

FRCS asks the community to consider making a cash donation. Donations are being collected until Feb. 16 to help support our soldiers who have given so much and need our help.

Print the flyer here and include it with your cash or check donation and send it with your child to FRCS by Feb. 16th.
