Foxborough High Students Attend Prom Contract Signing Night

Students at Foxborough High signed prom contracts; agree to not consume drugs or alcohol.

Foxborough High School's annual "Prom Contract Signing Night" took place on Thursday, April 14.

Foxborough High students planning on participating in the junior prom attended the prom contract signing with their parents.  The prom contract sets forth behavioral expectations for the Junior Prom. The primary commitment that students make under the prom contact is their agreement to not consume drugs or alcohol.

Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey attended and shared information regarding the social host law.  In addition to Morrissey, Foxborough Superintendent Christopher Martes and Police Chief Edward O'Leary signed an updated ' Memorandum of Understanding,' which outlines communication protocol between the police and schools as well as the district attorney's office.
