A student pit band will also be performing during the musical. Marino describes the production as a “hilarious musical comedy.”

“A cast of zany characters, played by 18 students, is let loose on a ship heading to London,” said Marino. “With romance and slapstick comedy and gangsters and angels, chaos inevitably ensues.”

The performances will be held from March 15-17 in the high school auditorium. The March 15 and 16 shows will begin at 7 p.m. The March 17 show begins at 2 p.m. The cost is $8 for students and $10 for adults.

“The music of Cole Porter is ageless and enjoyed by all,” Marino said.

The FHS Drama Club performed “Arsenic and Old Lace” in November 2012.
