Come to this fun and recharging workshop that can help you not just at the holidays, but throughout the year. You will personally experience a variety of methods to help you protect and cleanse your energy from negative influences of the season. As you shop in busy stores, celebrate at parties, and attend family and work events you are at risk energetically. During the season you give out more energy than you can replenish and you are more apt to pick up stress, anxiety, anger, attachments...you name it. This workshop includes several techniques including guided visualizations, smudging, flower essences, crystals, aromatherapy, sound vibration & more that will leave you feeling relaxed, lighter and ready for the season ahead! Pre-register, this class is limited in size. Includes a handout discussing techniques and visualizations to try at home!
