DA's Key To The Match

Damon Amendolara is the Sideline Reporter for the Revs broadcasts on Comcast SportsNet New England. He works with Announcer Brad Feldman and Color Analyst Jay Heaps during the matches. He can also be heard weeknights on The D.A. Show on 98.5 The Sports Hub. I asked Damon to share his thoughts on Saturday Night's game between the Revs and the Vancouver Whitecaps. Here below is "DA’s Key To The Match".

"The key for the Revs against Vancouver this weekend is clearly making sure Benny Feilhaber can be the point guard in the offense. In his first game against Sporting KC, he was outstanding - assisting on the first goal of the match and involved with every part of the attack. For the last two weeks, though, the Revs have been shutout. Defenses know to key on Benny, so it's up to the Revs to be creative in how they move the offense through him. Last week they tried to service from the wide sides, but Lekic just couldn't finish. The Revs need to break their 187 minute goal-less drought early to build some confidence and get a win."
