Town Clerk Named Acting Town Manager

Town Clerk Robert Cutler will be the acting town manager in the absence of Kevin Paicos after a 5-0 vote by the Foxborough Board of Selectmen.

Paicos is currently on military leave. It is unknown when he is expected to return.

The decision came after a roughly 30 minute executive session to discuss Paicos, who will end his time as Foxborough's town manager by the next of next June.

"Based on those discussion, we need to make a decision on a temporary basis while some issues are going on," Selectman Jim DeVellis said.

DeVellis did not specify details of the discussion or what the issues were, citing executive session privileges.

Named the interim town manager by Paicos, the vote basically confirms Cutler as the town manager until he returns.
