Senator Scott Brown Votes in Wrentham

Senator Scott Brown stopped by the Delaney School Tuesday morning to cast his ballot for the 2012 General Election.

Senator Scott Brown began his Election Day early Tuesday morning by voting at the Delaney School in Wrentham.

Arriving around 7:15 a.m. with his wife, Gail Huff and daughter Ariana, the Senator and his family waited in a line extending out of the Delaney School gym.

"I've never seen it this crowded. I've obviously been here almost 25 years and town's done a great job setting everything up being organized but it's been fun and I'm encouraging everyone to get out and vote," Brown said.

As far as turnout, Brown believes that 70-75 percent of the state will turnout to vote Tuesday.

After casting his vote, Brown said that he is now looking forward to the results. When asked if he thinks there will be a recount, he replied that he believed the race would be called around 9:30 or 10 p.m. Tuesday.

With most of the campaigning over, Brown appeared to be satisfied with his efforts, but also noted the results will be very close. The Senator's campaign for reelction against Democrat Elizabeth Warren has been too close to call with many of the polls falling within the margin of error.

"It's going to be a close election and I'm looking forward to finding out the result," Brown said. "I've done everything I could. I feel very good about what we did and how we handled it and now we'll see what happens."
