REMINDER: Foxboro Jaycees Candidates' Night Set for April 11th

Candidates' Night will be cablecast live on Foxboro Cable Access channels 8 and 39.

On Thursday, April 11, the Foxboro Jaycees will once again present Candidates’ Night, which will be cablecast LIVE on Foxboro Cable Access channels 8 and 39.

All candidates on the ballot for the April 30th town election have been invited to participate. The standard question/answer format will be moderated by Jaycee Bob Gillis. Foxborough Patch Local Editor Jeremie Smith and The Foxboro Reporter staff writer Frank Mortimer will be on hand to ask the candidates questions.

Candidates running unopposed will have the opportunity to make a statement, and Smith and Mortimer will be on hand to pose questions of interest to the candidates running in contested races (this year, that means selectmen and school committee).

In addition to the LIVE cablecast, the program will be repeated numerous times until the election. Exact dates and times will be listed in the FCA Program Schedule and can also be found on the FCA website, www.fcatv.org.

The Jaycees are proud to present this annual forum so the voters of Foxborough have an opportunity to meet the candidates running for public office and to hear their views on the issues that are relevant to the positions that they are seeking. It is the Jaycees' hope that information in this broadcast will enable voters to make a more informed decision at the polls.
