Federal Judge to Foxborough Selectmen: Let Kraft Group Speak
Federal judge says Kraft Group can't be barred from speaking in the public comment section at tonight's Foxborough selectmen's meeting.
Representatives from the Kraft Group can't be barred from speaking during the public comment section at tonight's Foxborough selectmen's meeting, according to a ruling today by a federal judge as reported in the Boston Globe.
A civil rights complaint was filed Monday in US District saying that Kraft's constitutional free speech rights were violated when employees were denied the right to speak at the March 13 selectmen's meeting in the public comment part and then during the meeting part.

The dispute is over two billboards on Route 1 near Gillette Stadium on Kraft-owned land.
