Volunteers attended the caucus to collect nomination signatures and plan future canvasses and voter outreach efforts, according to Foxborough Democratic Comittee chair Dennis Naughton.

“People in Foxborough are energized by the Democratic candidates in this election because we have the best ideas to keep moving our state forward and we’re ready to build upon last year’s successes and start knocking on doors,” Naughton said.

Over 500 caucuses are being held across the Commonwealth in February and March where thousands will be in attendance to elect delegates to the state convention and to prepare for the upcoming special election for U.S. Senate.

The Foxborough Democrats normally meet on the second Monday of the month at the Foxborough Public Safety Building. The next meeting is on March 18th (third Monday) and will feature a discussion of gun violence.
