Election Results: Gomez Wins Foxborough

Foxborough voters chose Gabriel Gomez over Ed Markey.

With the polls now closed, Foxborough voters preferred Republican candidate Gabriel Gomez over Democratic candidate Congressman Ed Markey in the special primary for the U.S. Senate.

Unofficially, Gomez beat Markey 56.63%-42.70%. Third party candidate Richard Heos received 13 votes.

3,443 residents came out to vote in the election which equals a turnout rate of 30.66%
