Bykowski Appointed Sen. John Kerry's Policy Advisor For Veteran and Military Affairs
Foxborough's Joseph Bykowski was appointed Thursday as Sen. John Kerry's full-time policy advisor for veteran and military affairs.
Foxborough's veteran services advisory committee member, was appointed Thursday as Sen. John Kerry's full-time policy advisor for veteran and military affairs.
Bykowski, a Coast Guard veteran who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, has served under former Department of Veteran Services (DVS) Secretary Thomas Kelly and current DVS Secretary Coleman Nee.
Bykowski is serving his second term on Foxborough's Veteran Services Advisory Committee (VSAC).
