Monday, Aug. 20:

Boyden Library Trustees, 6:30 p.m. at Lovely Law Office, 6 Railroad Ave: The Trustees will review for approval the library addition and renovation project invoices.

Board of Health, 7 p.m. at Andrew Gala Meeting Room, Town Hall: The Board of Health will discuss the septic system at America’s Best Value Inn and housing at 1 Main St., Apt. 2.

Tuesday, Aug. 21:

  • Bristol County Public Health meeting, 12:30 p.m., 1736 Purchase St., New Bedford: To view the agenda, click here.
  • Board of Assessors, 4:30 p.m., Assessors’ Office, Town Hall: To view the agenda, click here.
  • Board of Selectmen, 7 p.m. at Andrew Gala Jr. Meeting Room, Town Hall: Selectmen will hold a public hearing Tuesday for a transfer of all alcohol restaurant license from Piccadilly Disposition, LLC (Piccadilly Pub) to Grand Slam Restaurant Concepts Foxborough LLC DBA Jake N' Joe's at 25 Foxborough Blvd. The selectmen will also review the application for common victuallers license for Jake N' Joes at 25 Foxborough Blvd. and acknowledge notification of a hearing to be held by the ABCC on Aug. 30 regarding Piccadilly Pub. Also at Tuesday's meeting, Foxborough Police Chief Edward O'Leary and Bill Casbarra will discuss the town's parking bylaw for stadium events.

Wednesday, Aug. 22:

  • Norfolk County Retirement Board, 8:30 a.m. at 480 Neponset St., Canton: Click here to view the agenda.
  • KOA (Kraft Organization Association / Town Discussion Group, 6 p.m. at Andrew Gala Jr. Meeting Room, Town Hall: Representatives from The Kraft Organization will meet with the town’s public advisory committee to discuss potential business opportunities between the town of Foxborough and The Kraft Organization. According to an Aug. 16 Sun Chronicle article, “Kraft Group Envisioning New Attractions, Housing in Foxborough,” the Kraft Organization discussed possible development of “a Japanese hibachi steakhouse, a bowling center wit ha bar and live entertainment, a Mexican restaurant and a new hotel” along Route 1 with the potential for “300 housing units in four-story buildings on the Gillette Stadium side” of town if a commuter rail will run regularly to the Patriot Place area. The Kraft Organization is seeking more liquor licenses to expand business in the area while the town of Foxborough is looking for the $7.5 million needed to join Norton and Mansfield in a tri-town water and sewer treatment plant.

Thursday, Aug. 23:
