Police Logs: Two Teens Arrested After Fist Fight at Foxborough Hotel

Incidents reported in Foxborough's police logs from Jan. 18-19.

Friday, Jan. 18:

2:02 a.m. – Foxborough police responded to a call from the night manager at America’s Best Value Inn on Washington Street reporting a “fist fight” between two individuals staying at the hotel. Upon arrival, police reported they had one of the individuals in custody but the other “ran off” toward Lincoln Road. Foxborough police notified Norfolk and requested Wrentham police to the scene for assistance. A Massachusetts State Police K9 unit joined the search for the individual on Lincoln Road at 2:48 a.m.

The individual was found by state police at 3:13 a.m. along the wood line on Pine Street. Both individuals were transported to the Foxborough Police station for booking. Justin M. Bustard, 18, of East Bridgewater was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. A 16-year-old male was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

1:09 p.m. – Gregg D. Berube, 48, of 36 Belknap St., Dedham was arrested following a motor vehicle stop near the Ahern Middle School on Mechanic Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for OUI and unregistered motor vehicle.

9:03 p.m. – Eric Craig Roberts, 31, of 16 Ford St., Dedham was taken into custody after Foxborough Police served two straight warrants and one default warrant at America’s Best Value Inn.
