Police Logs: Norton Man Arrested After Allegedly Drinking Alcohol From Vehicle in Dairy Queen Parking Lot

Thursday, May 30:
3:39 p.m. – Shawn D. Sanford, 43, of Norton, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle after a nearby pedestrian informed police the Norton resident was allegedly drinking alcohol in the parking lot of Dairy Queen. Sanford was arrested after he reportedly registered a .283 on a preliminary breath test.
10:40 p.m. – Nichole E. Manna, 34, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of motor vehicle following a motor vehicle accident in the area of Commercial Street and Forbes Boulevard. Police reported no injuries and said a light post had been knocked over in the accident.

Saturday, June 1:
10:58 p.m. – Tyler D. Perron, 24, of Plainville, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor and negligent operation of motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on Main Street.

Sunday, June 2:
1:04 a.m. – Peter J. Anderson, 30, of Norfolk, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license following a motor vehicle stop near the entrance of Foxborough’s Stop & Shop on Main Street.
