Police Logs: Incidents from Sunday's Patriots-Cardinals Game at Gillette Stadium

The following is a summary of police activity and incidents reported from Sunday's NFL regular season game between the New England Patriots and Arizona Cardinals at Gillette Stadium, as reported in Foxborough's Police logs.

The following incidents occurred during Sunday’s New England Patriots home opener against the Arizona Cardinals at Gillette Stadium, according to Foxborough Police.

Of the 67,422 in attendance, Foxborough Police Chief Edward O'Leary said there were nine arrested and 31 taken into protective custody by Foxborough Police.

Arrests:

  • Matthew Kelley, 20, of 200 Falls Blvd., Apt. #B105, Quincy, was arrested and charged with under 21 possession/transportation of liquor.
  • Matthew Vincent Gilarde, 39, of 5 Towne Wy., Marshfield, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Benjamin Milewski, 30, of 1868 Commonwealth Ave., Apt. #16, Brighton, was arrested and charged with assault & battery on police officer, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and interfering with arrest of another.
  • Christopher Frechette, 42, of 99 Bergendahl Dr., Griswold, Conn., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
  • Kelcey Elizabeth Gagne-Barry, 20, of 4 Dodge Rd., Apt #C3, Rawley, was arrested and charged with under 21 possession/transportation of liquor.
  • Derek Leal, 20, of 30 Brackett Hill, Charlton, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.
  • John Andrew Gilchrist, 21, of 99 Smith Rd., Charlton, was arrested for disturbing the peace and non-criminal possession of Marijuana/THC.
  • Christopher Whitney Bartlett, IV, 36, of Centerville, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
  • Neal Hobin, 26, of 15 Pleasant St., Norton, was arrested and charged with on a default warrant.
