Police Logs: Franklin Woman Charged with OUI in Foxborough

Sunday, May 11th:
3:06 a.m. – Breanna A. Scaringello, 18, of Franklin, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor near Central Street in Foxborough after police were called to the area for a reported assault.
At 3:13 a.m., a caller reported there was a man at her door requesting to come inside. He reportedly told the caller he was assaulted by a neighbor. The caller told police she did not know the person and would not let him inside the house.

The caller told police when she told the man at her door she was calling the police he replied, “please do” and waited at the door.
Police arrived and transported the man to the residence he said he was assaulted at. The man was then transported to Shaw’s plaza in Sharon and Sharon police transported the man home.

At 3:52 a.m., Sgt. John Chamberlin reported he was with a motor vehicle near Central Street and requested a tow. Officer Kerry Kilroy reported Scaringello was placed into custody.
