Police Logs: Foxborough Man Faces Multiple Charges After Second OUI Arrest

Thursday, Dec. 20:

11:49 p.m. – William R MaCauley Jr., 42, of 19 Main St., Apt. #B, Foxborough was arrested and charged with OUI liquor second offense, straight warrant, negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with suspended license. MaCauley Jr. was arrested on Main Street following a motor vehicle stop by patrolman Stephen McGrath.

Friday, Dec. 21:

11:43 a.m. – Manuel S. Costa, 40, of 1346 Newport Ave., Apt. #83TR, South Attleboro was arrested on a default warrant at the Ancient Marinere on Mechanic Street by patrolman David J. Foscaldo.

Monday, Dec. 24:

10:34 a.m. – Russell J. Ferrara, 44, of Attleboro was arrested on a straight warrant on Commercial Street by patrolmen David J. Foscaldo and Valesay C. Collins.
