Police Logs: Foxborough Man Faces 5 Charges Following OUI Arrest on Beach Street

Saturday, Feb. 23:

5:21 a.m. – Foxborough police received a 911 call from a Beach Street resident reporting a suspicious vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway for “at least 10 minutes.” Officer Joseph McDonald reported upon approaching the vehicle he found the driver “sleeping,” according to police reports.

“Subject woke up and drove off, vehicle fled onto North Street and almost hit a pole and a snow bank before pulling onto someone’s driveway on North Street just prior to Hartwell Street,” according to police reports.

Officer reported the driver appeared to be sleeping again. Alex F. Rozo, 30, of North Street, Foxborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, failing to stop/yield and marked lanes violation.

Sunday, Feb. 24:

10:50 p.m. – Foxborough police officer Patrick Hoffman reported he was out with a stopped motor vehicle on the exit ramp from Patriot Place P1 roadway to Washington Street. Jennifer Marie Fitton, 32, of Walpole, was arrested of OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of motor vehicle. Officer Hoffman gave Fitton her notice of suspension and her citation in hand. Fitton’s passenger, a 26-year-old Walpole man, was taken into protective custody.
