Police Logs: Foxborough Man Arrested on Second OUI Drug Charge in Mansfield

Monday, Jan. 14:

9:32 p.m. - After receiving a call concerning a "highly intoxicated driver" in a white BMW, Mansfield Police pulled the vehicle over on Chauncy Street.

The driver, Joseph Mancinelli Jr., 20, of 22 Shoreline Dr., Foxborough, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for an OUI, a second charge of operating under the influence of drugs, having an unregistered motor vehicle, and possession of a Class C drug.
