Police Logs: Foxborough Landlord Charged with Armed B&E of Tenant’s Residence

Saturday, May 25:

8:24 a.m. – Caller from a Maple Avenue rental unit reported his landlord kicked in his door and attempted to assault him with a stick. Police responded and confirmed there was a forced entry to the caller’s unit by the landlord, who lives in another unit at the Maple Avenue residence. John H. Slade, 48, of 9 Maple St., Apt. #2, Foxborough, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering daytime for felony, armed, person in fear and malicious destruction of property over $250.
