Police Logs: Fall River Man Arrested for OUI in Patriot Place Parking Lot

Incidents and arrests reported in Foxborough's police logs from Dec. 7-10.

Friday, Dec. 7:

6:04 p.m. – Foxborough police officer David Foscaldo requested a cruiser to Showcase Live, where he was working detail, for a possible OUI out front by the parking lot area. Erik W. Tolley, 31 of 344 Kenyon St., Fall River was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle and a straight warrant.

Saturday, Dec. 8:

7:30 p.m. – Foxborough police officer David Foscaldo was working detail at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill when two women approached him and reported a white male, in his 20s, wearing a dark Carhart jacket was acting “inappropriately” towards them. The man reportedly used “some foul language” and was “acting erratic.” Officers were notified to check the area.

9:57 p.m. – Joseph J. Bucciaglia Jr., 22, of Clinton, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and civil rights violation at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill.

Monday, Dec. 10:

11:53 a.m. – Foxborough police received an emergency 911 call from NORCAP Lodge – a substance abuse treatment facility in Foxborough - reporting a “highly intoxicated” woman was dropped off and was walking towards Commercial Street. Officer Francisco Azevedo responded and located the woman just after noon. Azevedo transported the 40-year-old woman to the station and placed her into protective custody.
