Police Logs: Car Stuck in Foxborough Resident’s Yard Leads to OUI Arrest

1:30 a.m. – Foxborough police received an emergency 911 call from a resident on East Street reporting a motor vehicle was in his neighbor’s yard. The vehicle, according to the caller, was stuck and trying to leave the property. Foxborough police officer Patrick J. Morrison responded and reported the vehicle struck Verizon Pole 46 but said “there was only minor damage.” Jason M. Healy, 22, of Foxborough, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle, fail to stop/yield, no inspection sticker and tire tread depth violation.
