Police Logs: Brockton Man Faces 6 Charges Following Domestic Disturbance at Rte. 1 Motel

Incidents reported in Foxborough's police logs from Jan. 24-27.

Thursday, Jan. 24:

9:58 p.m. – Emergency 911 caller from room 115 of the Red Fox Motel on Route 1 reported a possible male/female domestic disturbance in one of the adjacent rooms. Foxborough police responded to investigate. Officers Payne and Drayton reported a domestic disturbance had occurred inside room 111 and that a Brockton man was taken into custody on three warrants. Robert H. Hartman, 39, of Brockton, was arrested on two default warrants from Stoughton and one straight warrant from Brockton. Hartman also faces two assault & battery domestic charges and intimidating the witness. The woman involved in the incident was taken to the Foxborough police station to file a 209a order against Hartman.

Sunday, Jan. 27:

12:21 p.m. – Robert J. Randall, 36, of Foxborough was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Commercial Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

3:14 p.m. – Clerk from Red Fox Motel requested an officer for a male party refusing to leave. Foxborough police took a 45-year-old North Weymouth man into protective custody.
