Police Log: Stolen Cell Phone, Resisting Arrest and More

The following is from the Foxboro Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

Oct. 27

9:40 a.m. – Police responded to a report of a phone being stolen at Aubuchon Hardware. After the phone was returned, police located the suspect on Chestnut Street and arrested Timothy Barry, 24, of Foxboro. He was charged with larceny over $250.

11:54 a.m. – After making a motor vehicle stop on Commercial Street, police arrested and charged Nicholas Gallagher, 22, of Canton with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

12:58 p.m. – A 24-year-old male at Patriot Place was placed in protective custody. 

7:29 p.m.  – While working a detail, police made three arrests at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill. Michael Freeman, 25, of Providence, RI was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing, Vark Markarian, 29 of Cranston, RI was charged with trespassing, and John MacLeod, 29, of Westborough was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
