Police Log: Midday Fireworks, Warrant Arrest and More

Sept. 25

1:38 p.m. - After being pulled over by Sergeant Richard Noonan near the Main Street/Cross Street intersection, Wirmel Carrion, 27, of Attleboro was arrested and charged with a subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation.

3:23 p.m. - After police received reports of possible gun shots or fireworks coming from Childs Lane, patrolman David Foscaldo was able to confirm from a neighbor that it was fireworks. Locating the source of the fireworks, Foscaldo arrested and charged David Scofield, 35, of Foxboro with disturbing the peace and possession of unlawful fireworks.

7:04 p.m. - A 43 year old female from Foxborough was taken into protective custody on Washington Street.

11:29 p.m. - After making a motor vehicle stop on Commercial Street, patrolman Patrick Hoffman arrested Harry Payne IV, 30, of Foxboro on a default warrant.
