May 1

4:38 p.m. - Timothy Powers, 42, of 2 Hillcrest Dr. Apt. #7, Foxborough, was arrested outside of Bass Pro Shops after a loss prevention officer at the store called in a report of suspicious activity. Powers was charged with his second OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

5:04 p.m. - Patrolman James Payne pulled over Lucas Ruano, 24, of 10 Oakland Ave. Apt #2, Attleboro, in Parking Lot #7 of Gillette Stadium. Ruano was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

May 3

2:17 a.m. - Edward Cowen, 25, of 18 Rockland St, 1st Floor, Taunton, was caught on a surveillance camera breaking into the Country Store on North St. Shortly after getting a call from the Country Store’s alarm company, Foxborough Police arrested Cowen after Patriot Place security reported a suspicious man on their property. Cowen was charged with a felony for breaking and entering during the nighttime, larceny from a building, and given a $250 fine for malicious destruction of property.

2:16 p.m. - While making a motor vehicle stop, Patrolman David Foscaldo arrested Eric Driscoll, 45, of 9 Mechanic St., Foxborough, MA with a default warrant.

5:07 p.m. - Gail Brown, 26, of 30 Main St Apt. 4, Foxborough, MA was arrested at Stop and Shop on Main St. after the store reported the presence of an intoxicated person. Brown was charged with possession of a class B and class C drugs.

May 4

9:41 p.m. - After receiving reports of suspicious activity at the Norcap Lodge on Walnut St., Michael Hersey, 22, of 743 Southern Artery, Quincy, MA was arrested under a default warrant and charged with possession of a class E drug.

May 6

6:12 p.m. - Patrolman James Payne pulled over Paul Hawley, 33, of 8 Fuller Rd., Apt. #1, Foxborough, MA on Elm St. During the stop, Hawley was arrested and charged with his second OUI, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a marked lanes violation.

8:50 p.m. - While at the Gaard Motel on Washington St., Patrolman James Mattson arrested Christine Silveira, 30, of 43 Holman St., Apt. #2, Attleboro,  with two default warrants and for possession of a class E drug.

10:45pm - Sergeant John Chamberlin arrested Christopher Devaney, 27, of 18 Gardner St., West Roxbury, MA at the Gaard Motel under a straight warrant and for possession of a class A drug.
