Police Log: Firearm Arrest, Possession of a Class A Drug, and More

The following is from the Foxboro Police Log. Where arrests and charged are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

Dec. 2

10:33 p.m. - After a male walked into the public safety building requesting to speak to an officer, Christopher Benjamin, 19, of Foxboro was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property under $250 and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

7:14 p.m. - While on a detail at Patriot Place during a Brantley Gilbert concert, police made three arrests in the stadium parking lot. 

  • Devon Yost, 20, of  Bridgewater was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession of liquor.
  • Ryan Sweenor, 19, of Wakefield, RI was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession/transport of liquor, improper storage of a firearm, and carrying a firearm without a license.
  • Alyssa Quattrucci, 19, of Coventry, RI was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession/transport of liquor.

8:23 p.m. - After Bar Louie reported having an individual at the door with invalid identification, Zach Kovalovsky, 21 of Saddle Brook, NJ was arrested and charged with person under 21 attempting to procure liquor.

Dec. 4

11:30 p.m. - After pulling over a car on Route 1 near Bass Pro Drive, police arrested and charged Kayleigh Johnson, 28, of Foxboro under a straight warrant and with possession of a class A drug. Joseph Boeme, 26, of Foxboro was also arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, being present where heroine is kept, and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Dec. 6

10:15 a.m. - After making a motor vehicle stop near Green Valley Steakhouse, police arrested and charged James Harris, 46, of Lowell with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Shannon Harvey, 44, of Foxboro was arrested with a straight warrant and charged with four counts of possession of a Class E drug.

8:16 p.m. - During a detail at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, Emilee MacDonald, 20, of Wrentham was arrested and charged with false/misuse of a liquor ID card/license.

9:37 p.m. - After being pulled over near the corner of Chestnut Street and Payson Road and failing a field sobriety test, police arrested and charged John Santos, 53, of Walpole with operating under the influent of liquor, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
