Police Log: Erratic Driving, OUIs, and More

Dec. 10
11:24 p.m. - Late in the evening, police received a call reporting an erratic operator that exited Route 95 near Commercial Street and was heading north.
After observing the vehicle, police stopped the car near 111 Mechanic Street. After the stop, Heather Dumaine, 52, of Sharon and arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Dec. 11
10:57 p.m. - After receiving a report of two intoxicated females leaving Bar Louie, the reporting party told police that one of the females was seen getting into a silver Mercedes-Benz and was driving towards Route 1.

Police were able to find and stop the vehicle shortly after the initial report. Judith Foley, 51, of Franklin was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
