Police Log: Drug OUI, Arrests from UMass and Patriots Games

The following is from the Foxboro Police Log. Where charges and arrests are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

Oct. 23

1:02 p.m. – After receiving a report of a potential intoxicated driver at the Shell station on Commercial St, police arrested and charged Michael Jackson, 29, of Foxboro with operating under the influence of drugs.

Oct. 26

9:12 p.m. – Michael Harris, 22, of Chelmsford was arrested and charged with trespassing at Patriot Place.

Oct. 27 - UMass vs. Western Michigan

Police arrested four and took four more during the Minutemen's football game at Gillette Stadium. Attendance for the game was 20,571.

  • A 23-year-old male from Newton was placed in protective custody.
  • Marisa Palermo, 21, of Revere was arrested and charge with trespassing.
  • Akeksandra Kovacevic, 21, of Forest Hills, NY was arrested and charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
  • A 23-year-old female from Floral Park, NY was placed in protective custody.
  • Brandon Raposa, 29, of Amherst was arrested and charged with person under 21 possession/transport of liquor.
  • A 24-year-old male from New Braintree was placed in protective custody.
  • A 22-year-old male from Beverly was taken into custody on drunkenness charges.
  • Ariana Burke, 23, of Medway was arrested and charged with a liquor law violation.

 

Oct. 27 - Patriots vs. Dolphins

During the Patriots' game on Oct. 27, police only made one arrest with four more taken into protective custody. Attendance was 68,756.

  • Ryan McCoy, 25 of South Attleboro was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and trespassing.
  • A 23-year-old male from Springfield was placed in protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old male from Springfield was placed in protective custody.
  • A 34-year-old male from Sharon was placed in protective custody.
  • A 24-year-old male from South Boston was placed in protective custody.
