Police Log: Disorderly Conduct, Shoplifting and More

Jan. 14

5:11 p.m. - Due to a car accident in Plainville, Cedar Street was shut down by Foxboro Police at the request of Plainville Police. After a portable barricade was set up, a car attempted to go around the barrier and allegedly hit a police officer in the process.

Joseph Delsignore, 71, of Plainville was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, and resisting arrest.

Jan. 15

1:26 p.m. - After receiving a report of a possible shoplifter at Stop and Shop on Main Street, police arrested and charged Kayli Mendes, 19, of Foxboro with shoplifting by asportation.

Jan. 17

3:12 p.m. - After making a motor vehicle stop on Central Street, police arrested and charged Vincent Aiello, 57, of Norwood with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

11:41 p.m. - While on a detail at Bar Louie, a 24-year-old female from Foxboro was taken into protective custody.
