Police Log: Assault, Possession of a Class C Drug, and More

6:47 p.m. - Getting a report of an erratic driver on Chestnut Street, police were able to locate the vehicle in question on the Main Street ramp to Route 1. After stopping the vehicle, police arrested and charged Paul Kiernan, 64. of Foxboro with operating under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

7:33 p.m. - After getting ejected from Toby Keith’s, police made two arrests outside the restaurant. Anthony Mazzilli, 22, of Piermont, NH was charged with trespassing and Kenneth Flagg, 43, of Nepene, ON was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer.

12:30 p.m. - While in the parking lot of the public safety building, police arrested Fabianna Titus, 32, of Mansfield for possession of a Class C drug.
