Police Log: Arrests for Using a Fake ID, Custodies From Patriots-Brown, and More

The following is from the Foxboro Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

Dec. 6

10:15 a.m. - After making a motor vehicle stop near Green Hill Steakhouse, police arrested and charged James Harris, 46, of Lowell with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. Shannon Harvey, 44, of Foxboro was arrested with a straight warrant and charged with four counts of possession of a Class E drug.

8:16 p.m. - During a detail at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar and Grill, Emilee MacDonald, 20, of Wrentham was arrested and charged with false/misuse of a liquor ID card/license.

9:37 p.m. - After seeing a car drive into the curb with no lights on near the corner of Chestnut Street and Payson Road, police pulled over the vehicle. The operator then failed  field sobriety test and was arrested. John Santos was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

6:08 p.m. - A 22-year-old from Providence was taken into protective custody at the Lodge at Foxboro on Foxborough Boulevard.

7:49 p.m. - After receiving a report of two males attempting to use a fake ID at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, police arrested and charged Michael Nainis, 19, of Nashua, NH and Hunter Schultz, 19, of Gloucester. Both were charged with false/misuse of a liquor ID card/license.

11:58 p.m. - During a detail at Patriot Place, police arrested and charged Eric Reed, 27, of Fountain Valley, CA with disorderly conduct.

11:54 p.m. - A 23-year-old male from Walpole at Bar Louie was placed in protective custody.

Patriots-Browns Game

On, Dec. 8, 68,756 attended the New England Patriots’ game against the Cleveland Browns. During the game, police took 25 people into custody including five arrests.

  • A 57-year-old male from New Bedford was placed in protective custody.
  • A 51-year-old male from Salem, NH was placed in protective custody.

  • A 36-year-old male from Lowell was placed in protective custody.
  • A 26-year-old female from Brighton was placed in protective custody.
  • A 38-year-old male from Auburn was placed in protective custody.
  • A 29-year-old male from Scarborough, ME was placed in protective custody.
  • A 26-year-old male from Brewer, ME was placed in protective custody.
  • A 26-year-old female from Clinton was placed in protective custody.
  • A 24-year-old male from Revere was placed in protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old male from Brighton was placed in protective custody.
  • A 21-year-old male from Mansfield was placed in protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old male from Brighton was placed in protective custody.
  • A 24-year-old female from Hudson was placed in protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old female from Waltham was placed in protective custody.
  • A 52-year-old male from Dedham was placed in protective custody.
  • A 38-year-old male from Framingham was placed in protective custody.
  • A 56-year old male from Dedham was placed in protective custody.
  • Marissa Patrizz, 24, of Stafford Springs, CT was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Scott George, 31, of Stafford Springs, CT was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • A 23-year-old male from Shirley was placed in protective custody.
  • Jason Puopolo, 30, of Randolph was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Grant Perry, 18, of Madison, NJ was arrested and charged with trespassing after attempting to jump onto the Gillette Stadium field.
  • Eric Catalano, 30, of Albany, NY was arrested and charged with trespassing after attempting to jump onto the Gillette Stadium field.
