Police Arrest Three on Larceny Charges

The following information is from the Foxborough Police Department. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, the do not imply conviction.

Foxborough Police made three arrests Tuesday afternoon as part of an investigation led by officer David Foscaldo.

At 4:06 p.m., police were at Subway on Central Street checking on suspicious males. Meanwhile, Detective Scott Hodson reported that a false check was deposited at the ATM at TD Bank.

Discovering that the men were responsible for the deposit, police arrested and Earnest Kar, 32, of Worcester on three default warrants and on a charge of conspiracy to commit larceny over $250 by false pretenses. 

Garty Togbasi, 26, of Providence, RI and Marvin Medina, 23, of Providence, RI were both arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit larceny over $250 by false pretenses.
