Police Arrest 3 at Sunday's Patriots-Colts Game at Gillette Stadium

The following is a summary of police activity and incidents reported from Sunday's NFL regular season game between the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts at Gillette Stadium, as reported in Foxborough's Police logs.

The following incidents occurred during Sunday’s New England Patriots game against the Indianapolis Colts at Gillette Stadium, according to Foxborough Police.

The Patriots proved to be too much for Andrew Luck and the Colts Sunday in a 59-24 romp to improve to 7-3 this season.

Of the 67,342 in attendance, Foxborough Police Chief Edward O'Leary said there were 36 police-related incidents, including three arrests.

  • A 20-year-old Easthampton man was arrested and charged with under 21 possession/transportation of liquor.
  • Michelle Lynn Maccracken, 42, of Montville, Conn. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Charles Toutoulys Mooney, 26, of Manchester, N.H. was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

  • A 27-year-old Danielson, Conn. woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 52-year-old Bedford man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 28-year-old Pawtucket, R.I. man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old Dover woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 49-year-old Winthrop woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 60-year-old Brentwood, N.H. woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old Methuen man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old Wilbraham woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 34-year-old Peabody woman was taken into protective custody.
  • A 23-year-old Heath man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 24-year-old Halifax man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 53-year-old Northborough man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 40-year-old Georgia man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 25-year-old Charlestown man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 26-year-old Cranston, R.I. man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 30-year-old Portland, Maine man was taken into protective custody.
  • A 33-year-old Saco, Maine man was taken into protective custody.

The Patriots are on the road for the next two games before returning to Foxborough on Monday, Dec. 10 for the start of a two-game home stand. The Pats host the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football at 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 10 followed by the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football at 8:20 p.m. on Dec. 16.
