Plainville Man Operating Vehicle on Suspended License Charged with 3rd OUI Offense in Foxborough

Tuesday, April 30th:

3:10 p.m. – Howard Javier Sanchez, 26, of Providence, R.I. was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation following a motor vehicle stop on Commercial Street near the Mansfield town line.

7:29 p.m. – Margaret Naomi Mulrooney, 24, of Whitman was arrested on four default warrants after an employee of the 30 Commercial St. Dunkin’ Donuts flagged down Foxborough police Sgt. John Thibedeau, Jr. Sgt. Thibedeau reported the employee said two suspicious individuals were in the dining room of the Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant for over four hours.

Wednesday, May 1:

11:57 a.m. – Laurabeth DeGirolamo, 32, of Foxborough, was arrested on a straight warrant following a motor vehicle stop on Pleasant Street.

Friday, May 3:

9:30 p.m. – A 29-year-old Taunton man was removed from Bar Louie at Patriot Place and taken into protective custody.

Saturday, May 4:

4:58 p.m. – David Philip McCann, 27, of Plainville, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor third offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and operating motor vehicle with revoked license for OUI after McCann’s vehicle came to a stop in the Chestnut Green parking lot near Mai Pearl.

Foxborough police officer Patrick Hoffman saw McCann's vehicle driving erratically on Main Street.H offman stopped the vehicle and after investigation, subsequently arrested McCann, according to police.

McCann was later arraigned at Wrentham District Court.
