New photos releases as part of over 100 pages of documents released yesterday show former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez holding a gun before and after the murder of Odin Lloyd.
In four pictures Hernandez is seen in his basement shortly after Lloyd was killed according to WHDH.
Two more pictures show him in his living room with a gun a few hours before Llody is killed.
Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murdering Lloyd, who was found shot in an industrial park about a mile away from Hernandez's North Attleboro home.
In addition, an associate of Hernandez will receive bail after a hearing yesterday at Attleboro District Court.
Earnest Wallace will be held on $500,000 cash bail, a number lower than the $1 million prosecutors were looking for.
Wallace's lawyers requested bail be set at $10,000 arguing that he was not a flight risk and that he wanted to return to his family in Florida.
Wallace is charge of being an accessory after the fact to murder.
