More Charges Expected Against Breaking and Entering Suspect, Pleads Not Guilty

Three people accused of breaking and entering into vehicles in Foxborough can expect more charges after an arraignment hearing in Wrentham District Court.

Justin Venteroso, 17, of 128A East St., Wrentham pleaded not guilty this morning to breaking and entering into a motor vehicle in the nighttime, larceny over $250, larceny under $250, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit a crime.

The other two people involved in the case are juveniles and are expected to be arraigned today in Dedham Juvenile Court.

According to police, more charges are expected to be filed after the recovery of 40-50 items and multiple victims coming forward.

On Aug. 4, the three youths were arrested after a reported vehicle break-in Lakeview Road. The three were found hiding near Main Street after members of Foxborough Fire Department saw them running into the woods.

Venteroso is expected back in court for a pre-trial hearing in October.
