Foxborough Police Responding to Scene of Plane Crash in Mansfield
The pilot and the passneger onboard the aircraft are reportedly uninjured, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Troopers from the Massachusetts State Police Barracks in Foxborough are assisting the Foxborough Fire Department and Foxborough Police Department at the scene of a small air craft crash at Mansfield Municipal Airport, according to a news release Sunday afternoon.
The pilot and the passneger onboard the aircraft were reportedly uninjured. The scene is being secured pending the arrival of investigators from the Mass Aeronuatical Commisson.
Mansfield Fire Department personnel are working to free the aircraft and its occupants from the tree line at the airport, according to Sunday's news release.

The plane was reportedly suspended 25 feet in the air, held up by trees in the area.
Mansfield Police would not provide details on the matter immediately Sunday afternoon, but did confirm the crash took place.
