Foxborough Police Logs: Vehicular Homicide, Warrant Arrests and OUI

Highlights from Foxborough's police logs June 20-24.

Wednesday, June 20:

4:14 p.m. (911 Fire - Vehicle) – Sean M. Townes, 27, of 403 Bahama Dr. Apt. #A, Norwood, was arrested on a default warrant charge after Foxborough Police responded to a report of a car fire at Saint Mary’s Cemetery on 101 Mechanic St. Upon arrival to the scene, emergency response units reported there was no fire – just smoke in the engine compartment due to a mechanical issue. Townes’ vehicle was towed by Annex Auto.

10:58 a.m. (Motor Vehicle Stop) – Gregory Shufelt, 26, of 384 E Foxboro St., Sharon, was arrested on a default warrant charge after a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street just over the Walpole line.

1:29 p.m. (Motor Vehicle Stop) – April O’Sullivan, 55 of 109 North St., Foxborough, was arrested on a straight warrant charge after a motor vehicle stop on Chestnut Street by Ryan Lane.

Friday, June 22:

5:44 p.m. (Serve Warrant) – Christopher Timmins, 20, of 70 Neponset Heights Ave., Foxborough, was arrested on a straight warrant charge after Foxborough patrolman Stephen McGrath served Timmins with a warrant.

7:30 p.m. (Police Detail – Crowd Management) – Keith McDuff, 32, of 41 Fuller Ave., Attleboro, was taken into protective custody for drunkenness. Foxborough Police Lt. John Hannon picked up McDuff outside of Toby Keith’s Bar and Grill.

7:38 p.m. (Walk-in – Serve Warrant) – Mitchell Connolly, 21, of 15 Bailey St., Foxborough, was arrested on a straight warrant charge after turning himself into Foxborough Police.

Saturday, June 23:

6:49 p.m. (Motor Vehicle Stop) – John Perillo, 52, of 15 Knight Way, Mansfield, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle and marked lanes violation after his vehicle was stopped by Foxborough Police on Central Street.

7:30 p.m. (Police Detail – Crowd) – Rene Munoz, 35, of 86 E Main St. Apt. #2R, Framingham, was taken into protective custody for Drunkenness outside of Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill at Patriot Place.

Sunday, June 24:

12:10 a.m. (Suspicious Activity) – Eric Peterman, 21, of 8 Massasoit Wy., Mendon, was taken into protective custody from common area of Patriot Place by Foxborough Police Lt. John Hannon.

8:19 p.m. (Follow-up Investigation) – Adam Cobb, 24, of 17 Sherman St. Apt #7, Foxborough, was arrested and charged for motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, negligent operation of motor vehicle and failure to yield for his role in .
